Custard Steamed Buns
Ingredients

Mix the Milk, Sugar, and Yeast together

Mix in the Flour, Salt, and Baking Powder
Mix with hands once it gets thick - 
														
Cover in Oil and knead until mixed in
 - 
														
Transfer to flat surface and knead some more. About 5 minutes
 - 
														
Divide into 8 pieces and roll each piece into a ball
 - 
														
Flatten into a circle and place Custard in the center
 - 
														
Close the dough by pinching the edges into each other then smooth it out into a ball
 - 
														
Place each completed ball on parchment paper and let stand for 12 minutes
 - 
														
Steam on Medium for 10 minutes and wait 3 minutes before removing from steamer
