Combine and mix Sugar, Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, and Cocoa

Add Butter and Egg
Mix Well

Knead the dough

Preheat over to 180°C

Roll teaspoon size balls and squash with hand
Place onto cooking tray

Bake for 10 minutes
Cool for 5 minutes
