Combine the Milk, Sugar, and Yeast
Mix -
Add the Flour, Salt, and Baking Powder
Mix. Use your hands when it starts to get thick -
Coat the dough with the Oil
Knead until well mixed

Move the dough to a surface and knead for about 5 minutes

Cut the dough into 8 pieces
Roll each piece into a ball

Flatten the dough ball and place the filling inside
Close it by taking the edges of the dough and pinching them together
Then gently roll it smooth again

Cover the completed balls and let stand for 15 minutes

Steam for 10 minutes
Wait 3 minutes before removing
