Instructions

  1. Combine Milk, Sugar, and Yeast. Mix

  2. Add the Egg and Oil. Mix

  3. Add the Flour and Salt. Mix

  4. Slightly flatten on surface and place Butter in center. Fold the dough onto the butter. Knead for about 10 minutes

  5. Cover and let stand for 15-20 minutes

  6. Flatten the dough and cut out doughnut size pieces

    Use a cookie cutter for easier cutting
  7. Cover the pieces and let stand for 30-35 minutes

  8. Heat the Oil in a large frying pan

  9. Fry on low heat for 1 minute and flip

    Repeat flipping until both sides are golden brown
