Combine the Flour, Salt, and Baking Soda in a large bowl.

Add the Vegetable Oil and Water.
The mixture will start becoming firm. - 
														
Knead the Dough.

Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise for 15 minutes.

Spread the dough onto a floured surface and cut it 16 even pieces.
 - 
														
Flatten each piece of dough until it is paper thin.
 - 
														
Warm a pan and place the flattened dough for 1 minute then flip and cook for a additional 30 seconds.
