Beef and Potato Layered Casserole

Fry Beef, Onion and Garlic until cooked

Add Carrot, Corn, Zucchini, Water, Stock Cubes and Tomato

Simmer for 20 minutes

Microwave Spinach for 5 minutes
 - 
														
Peel and slice potatoes
set aside - 
														
Grease a deep casserole dish and pour half of the beef mixture into the dish
 - 
														
Preheat oven at 180°C
 - 
														
Place half of the spinach over the beef and then spread the sliced potatoes over the spinach, followed by half of the cheese
Repeat - 
														
Cook for 45 minutes
