Ingredients
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Hot Water
Instructions
  1. Combine the Flour, Salt, and Baking Soda in a large bowl.

  2. Add the Vegetable Oil and Water.

    The mixture will start becoming firm.
  3. Knead the Dough.

  4. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise for 15 minutes.

  5. Spread the dough onto a floured surface and cut it 16 even pieces.

  6. Flatten each piece of dough until it is paper thin.

  7. Warm a pan and place the flattened dough for 1 minute then flip and cook for a additional 30 seconds.
