Ingredients
    Main Dish
  • 500 grams Meat (Preferably Pork or Beef)
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic (or two cloves)
  • Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornflour
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
    Sauce
  1. Put the Cornflour in a bowl and gradually add Soy Sauce.

    May become lumpy if you add all the Soy Sauce at once.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir.

  3. Main Dish
  4. Boil the rice

  5. Cook the meat until no longer pink

    Add 1 tsp of salt and pepper
  6. Cut the vegetables and add with the meat.

  7. Add the remaining pepper and other condiments. Cover the pan for 5 minutes.

  8. Add the sauce and let it bubble for 2 more minutes.

  9. Drain the rice
