Mix the Water, Yeast, and Sugar
Add 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Salt and Flour
Knead on a floured surface
Put the rest of the Olive Oil in a bowl
Form the dough into a ball and place in the bowl
Cover the dough with oil
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 2 hours
