Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cup Warm Water (about 110°F or 40°C)
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons Yeast (1 Packet)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 1/2 cups Flour
Instructions
  1. Mix the Water, Yeast, and Sugar

    Let sit for 5 minutes
  2. Add 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Salt and Flour

    If it is too sticky, add a little more flour It should be a little sticky
  3. Knead on a floured surface

  4. Put the rest of the Olive Oil in a bowl

    Form the dough into a ball and place in the bowl

    Cover the dough with oil

    Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 2 hours
