  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 20 grams Corn Flour
  • 250 grams Milk
  • 20 grams Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Combine the Egg Yolk and Sugar. Mix.

  2. Add the Corn Flour and mix.

  3. Heat the Milk and Butter on low heat.

  4. Combine the Milk mixture and Yolk mixture together. Put on low heat and mix.

  5. Add Vanilla Extract and stir until smooth and creamy.
