Combine and mix the butter, brown sugar, and sugar
Mix in the Egg and Vanilla Extract
Add in the Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt
Add the Coconut to the dough and mix well
Preheat oven at 175°C
Roll the dough into smaller balls and place on a cookie sheet
Cook for 10 minutes
