Melt the sugar in a pan on low heat
Once the sugar is fully melted, turn off the heat and add the Whip Cream
Mix together, then turn the heat on medium
Continue stirring
After the mixture is boiling, pour a tiny bit into a glass of cold water
Once the mixture can be shaped and is firm, add the Butter
Stir for 2 minutes
Pour into a container, lined with parchment paper, and let it cool
Put in fridge for 30-40 minutes
